Open with Sneaky Pebbles.You can test your DPS and see how it does, if it's below 40K just go for stall, Kabu's Max Move traps all on the start and he burns after being targeted else go for 2/5 Leaf's Razor Leaf poison and Toxin 2 chance on first turn, 2/5 Ultra Selene does the same with Acid.
