Somehow, that made me happy. I'm usually sceptical of something going full mainstream (Pokemon was always pretty mainstream, but still) since then there is an incentive for the devs to cater more towards a casual audience. That I definitely see with Pokemon too, but looking at those kids being happy with their Pokemon cards kind of reminded me of myself at that age, and I hope they'll have a positive experience with Pokemon. That being said, I'm still worried about the future of the mainline games and Gen 10.
