Sound is already a property of certain moves, and there are already held items and abilities that take advantage of it. This has been the case for literally the last 24 years. Just stop being cowards, give Boomburst STAB to more Pokemon. You don't need a new type for that. I'd add Normal type to Misdreavus line, Politoed, Chimecho, Kricketune (+ give it an evo) and give it to all of them. Also give it to Pyroar and Wigglytuff. It wouldn't even be that broken
