Interesting, the official hastag of the game doesn't use kana for the subtitles like the actual game does, it uses kanji instead, 風 kaze (wind) and 波 name (wave). Together they read as 風波 fuuha, which means storm, disturbance, crisis adversity, etc. I think that's why the second part of the theme sounds so ominous, they are foreshadowing trouble ahead.
