They haven't released a new generation outside of November since XY and Gen 1 is also the only time they released one earlier than September. The only way I can imagine it being early 2027 is if Nintendo is going to have the most stacked holiday period of all time in 2027 and don't need Pokemon to drive holiday sales but I doubt that.
