SVs score was tanked by at least 1 whole point because it ran and looked so unforgivably terrible and was full of glitches. So yeah, it definitely has potential. But you never know with GF, maybe it'll run and look great but they'll completely fuck up the story or something.

>>58977437Combat is the most fun I've had in a pokemon game, but it was lacking in other areas and not everyone is going to enjoy the combat enough to overlook those. The forced tutorial gave a bad first impression and being stuck in one city meant people who play these games to explore wouldn't get anything out of it once they escape the tutorial either. Shoddy graphics on the buildings provided low-hanging fruit for graphixfags to hate on despite the game running decently for once. The whole online ranked situation is stupid, with only an FFA mode and mega stones being locked behind it. Then the DLC came out and even people who were enjoying it had enough after that.I wouldn't call it a disaster though, it just should have been better than it was. Good game overall, but half-baked.
