Problem with Canada is that besides natives drinking themselves to death and white trash there's nothing to see there for real culture except snow. You can't really do the cities either because they are the same thing as American ones but worse. Pokemon improved vastly once they stopped trying to simulate real world locations and just took minor inspiration from them instead.
