I think Anon means Chansey is a support mon that should be paired with a good attacker. It can charge up dmax pretty quickly with Pound, benefits a lot from support max moves, and tanks hits better than most, but you'll need something else to actually use damaging max attacks against the boss, at the very least other players.

I was the anon who talked about Chansey, and yeah, it's an amazing mon. Dynamax Mons are divided in:
>1) Attackers: Mostly Gigantamax attackers, Zacian and Eternatus
>2) Tanks, which need 0.5s fast moves and can be divided in 2 subgroups:
>(a) Proper tanks, with high defense, and which must use Max Guard: Best one being Zamazenta
>(b) Healers, with high HP, and which must use Max Spirit: Best one being Blissey
That's the basics. You run 2 tanks and 1 attacker. The attacker gets used almost exclusively during the max phase, while the tanks are used to soak up damage and increase the Max Meter.

Rare candies are best used on legendaries yeah but they’re common enough where it’s fine using it on things you just want to evolve. I don’t really fuck with routes, my zygarde has pretty shit stats so I just did enough to get the white stripe basculine and stopped. My buddy is my shiny larvesta, Volcarona is the only bug type that can hit over 4k so I’m grinding out the last 80 or so XLs I need to max it out. I don’t think I have a proudest catch but it has been nice being able to duo some legendaries with a co worker that’s stupid under leveled

Sometimes it just takes awhile for a new sync to bring the new stops onto the map. Sometimes I’d wait for less than a day or just about 48 hours. I did recently find out I CAN see the accepted nominations internally through the upload map before they get put on the overworld. you can't use regular tms to roll for featured moves, that was only applicable for one event where they specified it would be possible. so you just evolve/catch outright what you can during this event. outside of these specifics events featured moves are from elite charged tms and those are handed out rarely.

idk about paid pass options but theres no special research that hands out passes for each mon for regular players. the only thing that happens hourly is a pass task giving 100 pass points for completion of dumb specifics if you still have yet to climb to mega lucario

so all you get is up to two orange passes from spinning gyms and the 1200 link charge saved up, of which it costs 150 for a regular mega raid and 200 for a super mega raid, and dragonite/victreebel is day 1 and dragonite/malamar is day 2. and after 6pm is every previous raid.

so normally you have until 6? to do mega raids and then you use your orange pass, however the orange pass will always be demanded to be used first instead of your available link charges, so I don't know why the fuck they reran raids after 6pm. you could "minmax" and use the orange pass on the super megas and then use the 150 link charges on the rest, but they make you sacrifice two 5 star raid runs if you want to do that.

tldr raid passes are used before link charges because niantic are fucks, day 1 is rush xerneas and yvetal then dragonite and victreebel using link charges, then expend most link charges but save 200 for malamir, day 2 is use a pass on mega malamir and then wait all the way until 6pm for a fusion raid, yeah right, or use the raid pass x2 on xy then link charge mega malamir and go home, this shit is dumb and this franticness when pushing new raid mechanics is beyond stupid. this is calculated maliciousness from them as usual. if there were any other impression the game sure didn't give it.

Mega Garchomp is pretty sweet because it's a meta dragon and ground type attacker. Mega Gardevoir is the best fairy type attacker we'll have in quite some time, but Shadow Gardevoir is close behind, so it's not a must if you have the shadow already.

1. I use rare candies for legendaries or when I am too lazy to walk some candies for something else. Some leggos can be brought over 4000CP without even using any XLs so you can bolster your ranks with some heavy hitters and beef them up without a lot of walking.
2. I have made probably 20 routes around my work and at local parks. I walk one a day for the buddy hearts. Sometimes more if I max out a buddy’s hearts by lunchtime and want to do hearts for another buddy. A lot of people use them because I make them short so they are quick and easy and a lot can be done one after another. It takes time to build a network of routes but once it’s up and running you can do your daily hires without walking the same path day after day.
3. I guess I already answered sort of but one thing I do is I park one building over from my work building and I made pokestops and then a route between the two places so every day in the morning I walk that route and needless to say I’m maxed out on zygarde cells. I usually just make routes if I want to walk a certain way but there isn’t a good route yet and I know I’m gonna come back again. Some parks by my house, the routes are just one offs and don’t interconnect so I try to make sure all mine can be done back to back to back since there’s medals and tasks and shit from time to time from doing routes so it shouldn’t be a sloppy mess for everyone using it if it all possible.
4. I have a shundo Groudon as my buddy that I just got the other day. Before that I was working on several level 40 so ~4500cp white & black kyurems that I had spent a bunch of rare candies leveling them to 40. Before that I had to best buddy the three hundo tyranitars I caught at the wild area thing last year.
5. There’s not any catch I am proud of because it either stays in the ball or it runs. But I have definitely had PvP matches in GBL where I won when I shouldn’t have or raids where we won the last second. Too many to remember.

The only draw to it was Kyurem raids. The only things worth farming were Drilbur (not really), Deino and pvpmons. Larvesta was an egg crapshoot and the only things that were shiny boosted were Deerling and the costume Pikachu. Shinies are at least more common this time around, but not only are most of the Pokémon not Kalos Pokémon, many of them have had community days or shiny boosted raid days. The Matt and Ryan raids are only "good" in the long-term; lvl. 54 Mega Victreebel and Dragonite aren't gonna break any new raid metas in the way Kyurem did, they're just gonna provide an extra tier of candy collection.
