Sign up to a forwarder and make a Japanese Center account with the address they give you, they should accept foreign cards. You could use a proxy but there's no telling if they'll be quick enough or not.
Otherwise you're stuck hoping this line gets an English release. JP release is in two hours if you want to try getting that one.
