It's easy just download bank on your 3ds (needs hacked because eshop is down) and just follow the instructions

And, if you can be assed, duplicate Gen 1 to 4 Pokemon with the Legend ribbon you get from Red in HGSS. No idea why but there’s a lot of people online who want that specific ribbon on their Pokemon, namely starters, legendaries and mons that are viable in competitive formats.
