I disagree, BW2's pacing is pretty all over the place while BW has some of the tightest in the series. Most of the new tracks and remixes also make the OST worse (with the exception of gyms getting personalized themes)

You just don't get how big the pre release hype season was for this game, it was THE hype seasons to end all hype seasons. It was Gamefreak at their peak, people still had hope for the franchise to keep improving and improving with each entry.
