You can snag every Mon you listed or it's evolved form in Colosseum alone, and obviously trade it over and breed if needed. Emerald could get away with giving a second chance at mons because it was the last game of the gen, but people who shelled out would be livid if they repeated encounters before that. Imagine spending $50+$25 for Colosseum and a link cable only to find out later that year that the $30 FRLG has all of the same Pokemon easily catchable in them.
