Arguably worse remakes than FRLG, but still leagues better than BDSP or XY. Hell, being bad RS still puts it above like half of the Pokemon games.

I honestly don't know what was so sufficiently different between them and the originals that I was happy to play Emerald to completion but put down my copy of OR before getting to Brawly. I suspect I'll enjoy it more nowadays but still.
