>>59047467johto and hoenn are tied for me as the peak of mon designs, johto leaning into cuteness while hoenn leaning into coolness, and they both hit perfect for mei like unova third most because of a similar reason to johto in that theres a strong emphasis on cuteness, but alot of them are cute in a way that dont look like pokemon, and there is a quantity over quality in the overall dex with alot of the dumbness of sinnoh carrying over, but i still like it mostlykanto is just kind of the middle of the road for me, i generally lean towards liking its designs thoughsinnoh has some mons i like but alot of the mons in it just look dumb, especially the evos of past mons which i think alot of them ruined their lines visuallykalos and alola are tied for me in that theyre just boring dexes that dont even have saving graces for me, they arent horrible by any means theyre just boring, just fine, just i dont caregalar and paldea are genuine ass that i have nothing nice to say about, they should really stop making new pokemon
