The closer to UB3 you get the less you'll see of that and the more you'll see of meta and cancer. Worth noting that the deck you use also influences your matchups so lower tier dexks are more likely to get matched against gimmick decks and off-meta. Japs also love running some goofy shit, Jap hours can have some really weird decks.
