They don't even look particularly like either dragons or their other types, and nobody liked their gimmicks - being paradoxies, being perpetual mounts, their weather+terrain meme abilities that make them have effectively higher BSTs but are ultimately just what other legendaries had before... not only are they boring, they're just unappealing.
