That isn't even the most frustrating one. There's shit like the one west of Fortree where you had to use waterfall & acro bike, or the ones west of Pacifidlog that's barricaded by ocean currents.
It's a Secret Base, and by definition it should not be so fucking easy to spot.

While I see the appeal of having your own area that you can customize, I honestly feel it is rather limited, even to its functions. ORAS turned it into Blissey farms and BDSP further reduced it into statue warehouses.
IMO Gamefreak should expand upon it and straight up give a sandbox area where you can put berry planting spots, a breeding facility, and/or make your own Pokemon Gym complete with assets available to make puzzles.
