pokopia story spoilers: i might just be extremely hormonal atm, but did the story of pokopia deeply rattle any other husbandofags? all i can think about is my husbando trying to survive through the whole natural disaster apocalypse, watching his home and all the cities he has traveled and loved be completely razed, probably watched a ton of wild pokemon die in the process, and saying his final goodbyes to his beloved partner pokemon before humanity fucked off into space. i have clocked nearly 80 hours in this game already, sheerly motivated to restore the region my husbando calls home. i cried reading the late game lore notes revealing humanity potentially does not have the power to return to earth. i cannot handle the thought of my husbando never reuniting with his pokemon. my one copium is the time dilation theory, where a century or so as elapsed on earth but only a few months/years in space. but regardless the implications are just so, so fucking bleak in this game. i've avoided this board since release so i don't get spoiled, but i hope i'm not alone in feeling this fucking neurotic over a silly whimsical game.
