Why does being kissed by babies cause the target to become giddy?
>>
Babies are cute
>>
because it's cute?
>>
It awakens things in them, things they are afraid to accept about themselves, thus hitting themselves in confusion
>>

Togetic is a baby?
>>
It’s supposed to be like an “awwwww cute baby!” thing
I hope atleast, since being “confused” by it and not having like, your attack lowered, would make more sense as a reaction. I would like to think GameFreak aren’t that degenerate.

Yes, it seems the only requirements to be a baby are: can’t breed and first stage of a line that can evolve into something that can breed
I don’t blame you for your confusion because “baby” is never defined in games and the TCG has never considered Togepi a baby.

Game Freak are degenerates in the worst possible way, at least most of them are. However in this particular case they are not and you are right. It’s just supposed to reacting to cuteness. Later gens expand on the description
> The user kisses the target with a sweet, angelic cuteness that causes confusion.
Also there are non babies who get the money, all small cutemons and/or fairy types

Because you realise they're cute and vulnerable and in need of protection, don't tell me you think it's anything more than that? It's like wanting to look after s cat that come up to you and purrs and runs between your legs. If someone came up to it trying to hurt it you'd probably defend the cat

holy epstein
>>
giddy ahh blud
>>
>>59070751
It would make more sense for attack to be sharply lowered because who wants to attack a baby?
>>
>>59072628
Charm already does that
>>
>>59072628
Charm already does that. Sweet Kiss is originally "Angel's Kiss" because it's extremely cute to the point of being disorienting. It is meant to be the counterpart of Lovely Kiss, originally "Devil's Kiss" since it's a seductive spell.

Because when you see a baby you feel like doing a bunch of baby talk to them, or act silly
But you were molested as a child so you don't get this

Togetic is the first in its line?
>>
>>59072707
The NPC is obese too. You know that's some legit aspie pervert at GameFreak who probably legit goes "whoop" when aroused by little girls lol.
>>
>>59070751
Attack lower would be fine, have you ever read the text for growl? Its meant to be a cute move that makes the opponent not take you as seriously and ease up.

That's the real Snorlax, Game Freak loves that guy. You can tell they find his pedophilia endearing because they love to put him in the games.

>Charm and Sweet Kiss
>moves used primarily by seductress enemies in other JRPGs
>learned mostly by babies in gen 2
What did Game Freak mean by this?
