GSC had a see-through dress and HGSS’s has more coverage but has a dress form-fitting to show off her impressive hips. BDSP hides her figure, covers up her legs, and even hides her feet. And the dress looks more like a Christmas tree than the type of evening gown one would wear to a event like a contest, compare Jasmine’s outfit to Johanna’s to see my pouting I don’t think it a bad or unappealing design, and if one could umm acktualleh and say it makes sense for Jasmine to be more covered up since Sinnoh is colder than Johto (though by that logic Cynthia should have been in that swimsuit BW baited when she went to Alola) but it definitely lost something the other Jasmine outfits understood.
