I always thought the battle frontier was STUPID because you already beat the damn game. Why do I need to battle all these guys? What am I gonna need to use BP on when the game's done? I like that they just focused on making the main game as good as possible instead of diluting resources on the postgame. You can't blame them either, most normies probably don't even play it.

Oras, bw2, and hgss had the best post game. Oras made it fun to actually try and catch Pokemon with the dexnav and the hoopa shit. Bw2s tournament is cool. Kantooooo was kino. Just have some more adventuring to do after becoming champion. That's all it takes.

>>59088541when it comes to the frontiers i think they are honestly overrated, the emerald one is alright but the gimmicks either fall into "not enough" or "totally stupid" (minus factory and pyramid), but the sinnoh one is a totally boring rehash imo when it should have been an improvement, i much prefer how b2w2 did it anyway, where each facility is alot more minigame-like and unique and spread across the region with their own dressing sort of bridging the gap of the battle facilities and the more side activities like contests and the pokeathlon. honestly, if oras put 2 unique facilities like pokestar/pwt/treehollow in place of the stupid copy pasted contest halls, i would drastically have preferred that over bringing the frontier back
