Weezing isn't a counter even if it's running levitate and calm 252/252 hp/spdef, since Meganium gets earth power which is a guaranteed 2HKO on a neutral nature even if Weezing is full investment. If Gamefreak is insane and weather ball gets treated as having the sun boost in addition to being 100bp fire, even that Weezing set can't counter.

It still at least keeps Meganium erring on the side of caution when wanting to click solarbeam, but its switch in opportunities are severely limited.
