Yes, that’s because the designers and battle directors had different ideas on what Gatr was. Looks awful, I feel bad for Feraligatr fans since he was always the consistent safe choice. I'm team Chiko and I can say Meganium's mega is lame visually but makes up for it with its really cool ability, I'd definitely take "it's alright" over whatever the hell they did to Gatr. Sorry bros.
