That'd be cool but honestly just getting drizzle in general is fine.
Meganium getting drought would give it a bigger weakness to fire so I get why they went and gave it a pseudo-sun.
Drampa doesn't have a massive negative to being in the rain besides nerfing fireblast/flamethrower. Most sets substitute the fire move for surf, if it got drizzle then the water move is better now
