Yes. The games were never great but game freak was at least forced to try and give a shit, but now they’re so protected by groomers and shills that they don’t even have to pretend to try an give the bare minimum.
If you are still attached to Pokémon, Stick only to spin-offs, and other side stuff. Just stay the hell away from the main series, there is nothing of value there
