This feels good. I like it. It hurts protect a BIT more than I would like but overall reducing PP makes PP cost feel meaningful. At present the only moves with a PP cost that matters are 5/8 ones, nerfing it makes pressure/spite more impactful and makes PP affordability a move consideration of relevance for some mons, like accuracy. Anon, Chomp-Z and M-Nite aren't the same. Chomp-Z may have lost the ground stab but it got a RIDICULOUS speed boost making it one of the fastest mon in the game which was one of the biggest weakness of Chomp since that 102 was one of the few things which didn't let it run a train in the Meta, now it can run Physical, Mixed or hell even full special sets if they let it keep Nasty Plot on Champions without much issue since at +2 few things can take a hit from it. Depends on the context. If you’re stalling out weather/terrain/trick room/tailwind you’re probably using it more often. So this helps teams that rely on arena effects quite a bit; if you just durpadurp out all 5 turns of my condition, you can only block 4-5 more times. On tanky mons that will matter, though it won’t be completely game-upending

Megalass speed ties with Megamence while surviving any hit from Megamence and OHKO'ing it back with Blizzard being 100% oneshot regardless of EV spread. You could also play catch with Mega Zard Y trying to bait Zard into Mega Evolving T1 while you protect in regular and Mega Evolve T2, completely shutting down opposing sun. You need a partner to deal with Zard in that case though since Blizzard will deal high damage but won't be enough and Zard obviously oneshots her back. Aurora Veil is decent but I doubt this will be the reason people are going to use Froslass. You probably won't want to face Mega Gengar so you'll need a partner to switch in to if the opponent places Gengar on the field (Froslass is Ghost so she ignores Shadow Tag also Mega Evolution happens after switches so no Shadow Tag trapping T1). Seems pretty solid, I'm just worried about which are going to be her snow partners, I'm not familiar with the archetype but I know it works.
