>>59106521Yes, multiple times. It is pretty a good tank in Gen1 and great utility mon in Gen2. It is completely garbage in Gen3 since thats when having shit stats and shit moves really catches up to it. From Gen4 onward it steadily starts getting moves and becomes a decent support by Gen7.It will also likely end up as your designated catcher if you ever try to do a dex in any game it appears in.

He's pretty cool. Added X-Scissor to Gen 3 hacks and that made him more than GOATed, even if he still explodes when Ember is used nearby
