The funny thing is... objectively, from a business stand point it is true.Masuda went to all that trouble to build a more intricate and heart felt story, more elaborate characters, bold decisions like focusing on all new cast of Pokemon to make the region stand out from the past.... and in the end he discovered that all it needed was to just give Charizard and Mewtwo two new super sayan forms and the rest is superficial
