I keep hearing that it's impossible to lose but I'm not sure that's true. I very clearly remember tying with him once.

>>59108568>>59108577You can lose. He always just has an absurdly low number of Pokemon stored in his dex. You have to be deliberately ignoring encounters and only fighting the absolutely mandatory trainers to see fewer than his counts though.
