First form is similar to Flabebe, being a small little elf. The ears on this have a little notch in them. Comes to two points. Bottom tail part is periwinkle and ends in a hammer shape. A tool it uses to cobble shoes. Maybe has a shoelace necklace or something decorative like that. Shoe it lives in is a child's sneaker. I've been thinking of calling it Shobebe.Evolved form I wanna call it Kickette. Pretty much just a bigger version of the first form. The pretty eyelashes on Floette are turned into black horns on this one. Has sweatbands on its arms. Top half is still white, bottom half is a purple-blue color. Its tail is bigger and actually stuck inside the shoe. It is also far more powerful; it gets around by hopping everywhere. Lives in a sportier looking sneaker. Sneaker has been altered to look more monstrous. The bottom/sole have been cut away, creating a mouth with jagged looking teeth. Kickette can open and close this mouth by pulling on the sneaker's shoelaces. Kinda like a person riding a horse & tugging on their reins. I don't have an idea for the final evolution other than a possible name: Legiges/Legigas.

Regional Palafin based on the "what if Superman was evil" trope. You know, Omni-Man, Homelander, Plutonian, all that crap.In a twist, this Regional Palafin's "default" form is the one based on a superhero, shaped like the original Palafin's Hero form and is in fact called the Hero form, reflecting how these types of characters spend a lot of time masquerading as the hero in public while hiding a sinister villainous side for later. The blues of the original Palafin could be inverted (he is primarily a lighter blue to decieve others into thinking he is 'friendly' like a Finizen) and the heart-shaped emblem could have a crack in the middle, also the original Palafin's red on the heart is a little darker, crimson or darker.The villainous form, called the "Zero" form and accessed by the ability "Hero to Zero", is shaped like Finizen/Zero form Palafin, its increased power justified by the villainous Palafin compressing its power into a smaller body to compress its power. Unlike Finizen, it is primarily darker in colour to reflect villainy, and obviously has a sinister smile and EVIL eyebrows. The heart-shaped emblem is now split proper. Maybe the eyes are red or purplish?Both forms are Water/Dark.
Deoxys-BalanceA balanced form with all stats except health set to 110. Visually, think Samus's earlygame suits with small pauldrons for overall vibe, with gray bits covered up on most of its body but exposed on legs (give it thighhighs lol), and flattened but thin and coiled tendrils for arms, like a mix of Normal and Defense's arms. Head has three spikes like Attack and Speed forms, but they are blunted like on Normal form.

Evolution for parasect called Parashade which is the ghost of the paras retaking control of its dead body after the mushroom dies. It would be bug ghost type and have the mushroom top split open like a beetle shell to reveal glowing spectral insect wings that don’t move. Despite this, Parashade levitates around at night, eyes and wings glowing teal/green as it stalks the forest for the souls of deceased paras who lack the will to persist and guides them to the great beyond. It also has more scythe like claws and its main body’s color is more like a bleached orange-ish yellow, and its decayed mushroom a brownish purple with yellow spots. It also is known to do this for other Pokémon, especially younger Pokemon killed before they could grow up, earning them the nickname “gentle reapers”. In battle, they attack with their claws and ghostly powers, fading in and out of shadows to deliver punishing x-scissors, leech lifes, and shadow claws, while also using the mushroom parts of its body to spread regular spores that can put foes to sleep or spectral spores that drain their foe’s life force or lay curses on those who would interfere with their work or seek to harm large swaths of Pokemon and thus unbalance the cycle of life and death.
Here’s a trippy idea, an alternate evolution to Joltik that’s a tarantula hawk Pokémon. It would be a bug flying Pokemon with volt absorb and have a bug zapper-like abdomen and a massive stinger that would look like a lightning rod. Its signature move would be grounding sting, a bug type move that does both bug and ground type damage and can paralyze electric Pokémon and bring levitating and flying Pokemon to the ground.

I've been thinking about ice/poison not having a mon for weeks now. My concept is a cross between a frogspawn and a glacial microbe bacteria. It starts as a cluster of purple frogspawn in a jagged block of ice. Second evo is a froglet still mostly in the ice, with a tail hanging out the back and a bunch of frogspawn still inside. Final evo is the full frog. I've tried to make it with AI but it just doesn't get the concept.
