That's fair. It can mega evolve so you can't one-shot it, which gives it a turn to set use Moonblast, and then it can really fuck you up.
It also doesn't have that pseudo-legendary star power, which can lead you to underestimate it, but that's a mistake. Mega Gardevoir hits harder than Garchomp, is only a little bit slower, and doesn't have any 4x weakness. It's tough.
