I'm one of the beta testers for Pokemon Wind and Waves and currently we are discussing the matter of certain new Pokemon.Due to it being an evolution for previously existing Pokemon with rather complicated past, GF is really working on not repeating the same error.I cannot show you the official image due to legal bullshit but here's my rough sketch showing design for new Pokemon. GF is trying to minimize the "black person" stereotype and dip more into "mountain hag" aesthetics with raggy clothes and unkempt hair, all covered in ice.I can reveal that this new Pokemon's new ability is named "Snowy Stalker" and will bring back Pursuit-like effect for certain moves under snow weather condition.
