With all the possible repeatable rematches you get, it's really not a significant issue. My only real gripes with the game are how small the amount of obtainable Pokemon is and the fact that you're not really exploring the region, just going from place to place on a bike/scooter.
I just don't think this or Colloseum are good or fun games personally, felt that way as a kid playing them and feel that way now. Got my johto shitmons transfered to my gba games and never looked back. I've always been really confused by fans fawning over them, they're aggressively ugly looking games with areas that are mostly just corridors of trainers. People will say Sword and Shield are shit, and they are, but I'd rather play that 100 times over than ever revisit Colloseum or it's sequel.

Like I said in the last 2 threads, I reply Colosseum all the time and it's still fun and it's one of the best ways to experience Pokemon imo.I played XD to completion for the first time last year and it was fine but I don't like it as much as Colosseum because the characters and atmosphere were downgraded.
