desu i can see gen 10 starters becoming dragon type, i don't think they'll become dragons type tho but they could. Browt becomes a griffin Grass Dragon | ponbon beccomes a darong Fire/dragon and Gecka becomes a komodo dragon water/dragon

The bigger offender is that Dragon is 2x on itself, so there'd be no reason to deal with the Water-Grass-Fire RPS.
>>59117090This is pretty cool but red one would absolutely dominate popularity. Green needs to be bulkier somewhere, either arms or tail or something. Blue needs more design elements. It's slightly too simple.

When the rival takes the strong starter, it makes sense, because it means the rival will (in theory) always have something that beats yours, that encourages you to catch and use other pokemon. If the rival isn't doing this, the weakness relationships are irrelevant.
