As I said before, I didn't pick Prima in Gen 7 or Meow in Gen 9 JUST because I'm fur-friendly. They also happened to be the best starters for a playthrough of those games. I pity those who slept on them, or worse got convinced by internet reaction into not picking them.

I usually just built HP/best attack stat/speed and modest/adamant when building for raids (though Iron Hands neutered any need to build lots of raidmons in SV). Your choice, I'd go for the harder attack, but again in a playthrough, it's irrelevant. Long as it's not something like my poor X Delphox, with a 0IV Sp. Attk (where she could only two-shot things Talonflame could KO in one) you'll be grand.
