Exactly what it says on the tin! What are your headcanons about the Pokémon protagonists’ personalities, hobbies, general eccentricities, etc. Bonus points if you also have a canon team in mind for them. I’ll go first. >Personally, I imagine Nate from Pokemon bw2 to have a serious mischievous streak, prone to chatting his opponents on battle to put them on edge and distract them and getting in prank wars with Hugh. Also, since he wears a wet suit, I imagine he swims for his school’s team, with him initially idolizing Marlon for being Unova’s most famous swimmer, but being thoroughly disappointed upon realizing that Marlon is a flakey, hippy-dippy douchebag. Probably uses an Emboar based on the trailers and a braviary based on Masters EX, plus N’s Zoroark. Not sure on the rest.
>>59128841Playing the game, I quickly got the impression of Harmony having a problem of being way too competitive and obsessed with being top dog >that little kid says his pikachu is the strongest in the world? I'm gonna get my own pikachu solely to beat his in a 1-on-1!>a million pokedollar cup of coffee? she thinks I won't buy it? I'll show her! >what's that Canari? you think I can't survive 30 seconds being attacked by angry pokemon from all sides? of course I can!
>>59129128Huh, I hadn’t considered taking the dialogue options into account for later games, but that makes total sense. Actually, that reminds me that Paxton and Harmony both only have relatively polite options when talking to Jacinthe when they can be snarky with everyone else, imply that they are scared shitless of her and don’t wanna piss her off.
I can see Juliana also being a little shit based on her dialogue options. Also, I figure she’s insanely charismatic thanks to her ability to make friends with a large amount of vastly different people and tendency to befriend every legendary she comes across. She’s definitely the “face” of the crater crew.
