It's very cute but I don't get why it's a mythical. There's multiple of them, it can breed another variant of itself that's outright common. It's dex entries treat it like a normal pokemon with known and well documented ecology. There seems to be nothing "mythical" about it that should put it on the same tier as a time traveler, the genetic origin of pokemon, and literal god.
