I keep seeing people complaining about the gameplay and how it need a major overhaul. Like how? What is the problem? Do you not like it being an RPG anymore or is it something else?

They even release two games (PLA and ZA) with different playstyles and people still complain. What's the issue and what exactly needs to be change?

Modern gaming is all about paying to not have to play or paying to watch someone else play. People will complain about any game that requires you to play them in order to enjoy them.
