More on that later.Make it cause the same chip damage, but also increase the power of Ice moves and decrease the power of Fire moves.Ice Body still heals from Hail though just in case Seel becomes a meta threat (lol)Don't let Aurora Veil work in exclusively hail, and don't habe blizzard be accurate in hail; those are snow's job.Let Snow and Hail be the only 2 weather types that can coexist with one another as their gimmick (why mega abomasnow could get it as an ability; synergy with abomasnow and sets it apart from mega froslass and alolan ninetales)I think this would be...... fun.Thoughts?
