Just standing around talking, maybe moving from one locale to another as an excuse to talk about different things. I, personally, would find that extremely boring to write. I'd rather make a game with an amount of exploring places and meeting people. Half the appeal, at least for me while writing, was seeing how Marnie (and to a lesser extent, the player character) would react to different people who have different personalities or agendas. How does she respond to an obnoxious american tourist? What would she have to say to a religious grifter? Would she get along with a weaker trainer? Would she be a sore loser when faced with a better trainer? Stuff like that. These kinds of things are what let me explore her as a character. I had hoped the audience would like that too. And, well, some people don't. That's fine. The game and story structure has some issues but I can still say that the story explores Marnie's character in the way that I wanted it to.I'm glad you like the lewd scenes, at least. I can't take credit for the art obviously (BlushedPixie and Rigaeru drew it) but at the very least I'm happy to deliver some decent smut. I call myself Writefuck for a reason.
