Mega Altaria and Hydriegon represent broken archetypes that aren’t easily powercrept. One is a 2 energy attacker for 130dmg loaded with broken support basics, and the other is effectively a 1 energy attacker for 130dmg. Hydriegon basically auto beats any deck that cant one shot it or tank the monster damage.

This has been the norm since the very first set.This has been the game’s cycle and it will continue to be this way until it just peters out and dies completely. Which, desu, feels like it’s already beginning. Thinking things will change after a year and a half into this I think is copium.Tldr; Game can't be saved. This is just how it is and you can accept it or drop it altogether.
