>>59145095The leech seed nerf is the most perplexing of the balance changes that I've seen, and I generally think most of the status changes are positive ones. 1/16th DOT/healing is worth absolutely nothing. It was BARELY functional as a setup turn for subprotect, outside of that it has no utility whatsoever, it was already a move almost nothing in the game ran. The one case it was abused, it would be easier to just take the move away from that mon than nerf it.
