Apparently you can use this mon in Champions. And it has Fairy Aura
But you can only get it if you have ZA ($70, + home subscription) and mindlessly grind postgame battles for hours

Also, yes, you need to buy a game to use the Pokémon. Just like every Pokémon ever in 30 years.
The only difference is that now you don't have to pay to access the pvp
