Stuff like Multiscale Dragonite only worked because it had an item slot. Stuff like Drampa, Meowstic and Emboar are just baffling. Excadill could’ve been good if it wasn’t vulnerable to Intimidate. Mega Scovillain is halfway decent. Skaory tries to do what Kingambit/Bisharp does but fails. Starmie and Meganium are the only real winners here.
