It actually depends on what Mew would be running and if Mew is switching in or not.. Psychic can OHKO Emboar regularly, and Mega Emboar still dies based on rolls.
69.5 - 82.1% (21.6 - 25.5% recoil damage)
252 SpA Mew Psychic vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Emboar-Mega: 228-270 (63.1 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
This also does not include Mew having any held item, using Psyshock, or the fact that Mew is just a punching bag for calcs, and real important calcs would have different damage thresholds.
