Metagross is smarter than a supercomputer, and no way Mewtwo isn't around Einstein levels. To go with the Alakazam bullshit. Yes, there are things like Slowpoke and Slowbro, but I think they are balanced out by lower-end high level IQs like Slowking, and other Psychic types. So on average I'd say higher than the average human IQ.
