Then when ORAS was gonna come out, Mega Flygon was gonna be a thing but the pokemon company and nintendo don't want their work to not be original, so they actively look after what fans are doing and try to avoid doing anything of the sort, but all good ideas were already taken and the artist got artist block and there goes your Mega Flygon.
