>Floette-style Cup Chirashi Sushi>by Ryogo Matsumaru, Hikaru Takahashi, Abareru-kun and Shuhei Nakano>Ingredients: 50g of sushi rice per cup, edamame, broccoli, 1 and a half piece of crab-flavor kamaboko, cherry tomatoes, kinshi tamago, atsuyaki tamago, shredded carrot, slices of ham, cheese, regular kamaboko, corn and daikon sprouts>Start by putting a layer of edamame, followed by a layer of rice, then a layer of broccoli in each cup. Follow up with a layer representing the flower you want that cup to represent: Crab-flavor kamaboko for the red flower, kinshi tamago for the yellow flower, shredded carrot for the orange flower and cheese for the white flower. Top this layer with five slices of the following, arranged to look like flower petals: Halved cherry tomatoes for the red flower, slices of atsuyaki tamago for the yellow flower, ham for the orange flower and kamaboko for the white flower. Finally, put corn and daikon sprouts in the middle of these petals to finish the flower design.Get cooking, anons.
