>>59166713When you first reach the Battle Frontier, he gives you a certain amount of BP depending on the amount of times you've encountered him. Only 5 encounters are mandatory, but you can meet him 13 times in total.
The lore of the Emerald Battle Frontier never made sense.Supposedly only top level trainers personally handpicked by Scott are allowed to participate, yet that's obviously not the case by virtue of all the NPCs around.
