I know obviously of Adventure/Special and the CoroCoro Clefairy one which are the two longest by far.

How many others are there, which ones are best, which are longest, which have english releases?

There was an English FCBD release of Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire so I assume that series was released fully at some point

The three main ones I'm aware of that got English translations and aren't short(there's a lot of movie adaptation one shots or two shots) are Electric Tale of Pikachu, Magical Pokemon Journey, and Diamond and Pearl Adventure

Pokemon Special/Adventure (the one you posted)
the speaking Clefairy mangs (Red is similar to Ash there but perverted, it made a cameo in the anime)
Electric Tale of Pikachu (very losely based on the anime)
Pokemon DP with a Tarzan Lucas and a 15 year old Dawn who is a member of Team Galactic
Pokemon Reburst (BW manga with a Sentai Zekrom suit)
Pikemon Horizon (SM manga)
